Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and ApexLifestyle for your use of the ApexLifestyle app. By signing in and using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
The app is a companion to personal coaching from ApexLifestyle. Your coach uses it to plan your training and nutrition; you use it to follow your plan, log your progress and message your coach. Coaching fees and the length of your coaching are agreed directly with ApexLifestyle outside the app. No payments are taken in the app.
Your account
- Your account is created by your coach. You must be 18 or older to use the app.
- Keep your password private, and change the temporary password you are given after you first sign in.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at jjena560@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.
Health and safety
- ApexLifestyle provides fitness and nutrition coaching. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and our coaches are not doctors.
- Check with a qualified medical professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or injury, or have a history of disordered eating.
- Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any other warning sign.
- Tell your coach about injuries, conditions or changes in your health so your plan can be adjusted. You take part in any program at your own risk.
Acceptable use
- Give accurate information about yourself and your health.
- Be respectful in messages: no harassment, abuse, hateful or sexual content, spam or illegal material.
- Do not try to access other people's data or accounts, interfere with the service, or copy, reverse-engineer or resell it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content
Your logs, photos and messages remain yours. You allow ApexLifestyle to store, display and use them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Training programs, meal plans and other material created by our coaches are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
Ending your coaching
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account yourself in Profile, or ask us to delete it by emailing jjena560@gmail.com. We may close your account when your coaching ends, if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the app, and where possible we will tell you before doing so.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features of the app and may update these terms. If we make a material change to these terms, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is", and ApexLifestyle is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any injury or loss arising from exercise or dietary changes you choose to make or from not following medical advice. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
